In this picture I used 'cross hatching' or whatever this is called ;D Just make the outlines (I started with the head) and then make the shadows/everything that's dark with those more or less crossing lines. I used longer lines for the clothes and shorter, more scribbly looking ones for the metal or the folds in the clothes. But there's rly no recipe for this, just draw how you feel it's best ;D
Holy hell there Ryurules your like on the artists from the game for your detailing here!
Damn what wicked level of shading and awesome work with your pen there, Delta never looked better! For one thing really have to credit how spot on again he looks right from the game, nothing but true brilliance in your lines.
Do really marvel at how you chose to variate the difference in the pattern of your shadows like the way the suit itself is done in a darker and more deeper shade than say the metal belt, wow.
Even taking it so far as to really perfect the style of his helmet and the smaller points of work like the the bends/twisting nature of the rope or even the metal tips of his gloves, honestly a hats off to your talents Ryurules.
Well, you really know how to use your time! As for me, I have been TRYING to use my time wisely by trying to make a Predator costume. It's going pretty good, but i still need to make the blade/gauntlet thingy so the blades spring out, and i need to find something that can be the VISOR for the mask. Do you have any idea what i could use? Something like the mirror in interigation rooms at police stations?
